When we purchased this property from Perkins Recycling, it was an empty shell. Since then we have renovated and updated the interior, including adding heat and electricity and adding walls to break up the space more. Now it’s hard to imagine it as anything but what it is now.
The building is the brick building with a green metal roof next door to the Shirt Factory. The parking lot for this building, and the entrance to Rock Hill Bake House can be found at 18 Curran Lane.
The building as a whole is not open to the general public, but some of the studios there keep regular hours and host independent events. Events that are part of larger events incorporating the grounds around the building can be found under the Shirt Factory Campus venure.
