The Alzheimer’s Disease Caregiver Support Initiative (ADCSI) and the Caregiver Wellness & Respite Center (CWRC) are two programs designed for caregivers in the North Country of New York State whose purpose is to help lighten the burden of caregiving. Both programs are backed by a committed team of care navigators and program directors who are available to guide caregivers to essential resources and much needed relief. All respite and support services are available at no cost through grant funding; there are no insurance or income requirements for enrollment. Applicants must reside in Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Hamilton, Warren, or Washington County.
Employment opportunities are available for respite providers at $20/hr.
